The Cincinnati Reds need Dusty Baker to manage well when the games get big in 2013

63-year old manager Dusty Baker has been a solid regular season manager in his career so far, but he often has had issues in the playoffs.  The Reds were 97-65 (59.9%) during the regular season in 2012, but they were 2-3 (40%) in the playoffs.  Baker is now 419-391 (51.7%) in his first five years during the regular season for the Reds.  He is also 2-6 (25%) in the playoffs so far.  Baker is now 1,581-1,432 (52.5%) in his first 19 years during the regular season as a major league manager and he is also 19-25 (43.2%) in the playoffs.  The Reds need Baker to step up his game in October.
